Stress is a weird thing in life... It can make you damage yourself or make yourself go crazy... Sometimes when parents push it too far, you feel like bashing them up but you can't, or you feel like just telling them to scram or leave you alone, but the problem is you can't... So instead of injuring yourself to neutralize the stress, try something else like i dun know spent time on the things you like... Cause if you leave that mark, it will never grow back...
